STREAM Data Centers: Electrical Technician Lead
The Electrical Lead Technician will lead teams for all aspects of operations for low and medium voltage plants along with maintenance and repair of all Electrical and Critical Power Systems and Associated Process Systems. This leader must have some experience with all aspects of but not limited to: electrical circuitry, electric controls, switch gear controls, UPS systems, UPS system batteries, emergency power generators, automatic transfer switches, running conduit, pulling wire and cable, calculating electrical loads, electric metering and monitoring, in-depth knowledge of codes, regulations and all required and applied safety standards and practices. This role will lead teams and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all electrical equipment and assist in other facilities-related processes, including but not limited to maintenance, the development and implementation of procedures, and emergency response. This role will work with the Electrical Manager to develop metrics that show the performance of the electrical systems, and will regularly submit reports on these indicators. This role is responsible for team lead responsibilities as laid out by Electrical Manager and Site Director.
